Cheryl has joined us as our new Studio Manager.

After 10 years of sharing studio responsibilities between us, Cheryl will now look after all the important stuff in the studio so everyone else can focus on everything else. She has a love of Kevin Smith, the brightest hair in the studio, is meticulously organised and keeps us on our toes.

We used an presentation tool called present.me very successfully during our recruitment process. Applicants created a 2 minute online presentation telling us a little bit about themselves as part of their application.

This had benefits for both sides. It allowed us to get a good feel for each candidate very quickly but it also meant that applicants could sell themselves more effectively than they can with a traditional paper CV.
