Our new retail website for Tshirt designers Jakes of Soho has gone live.

A new retail website designed and built by Pretty for Jakes of Soho has gone live. Jake is 13 years old and has cerebral palsy. But this does not stop him looking cool and having fun. His label Jakes was first established in 2004 in Soho London. We were pleased to have been chosen to design and develop the online store.

Technically, the challenge was to ensure that both the site and the ordering system could handle a large amount of traffic generated by their popular marketing campaigns.

We kept the design of the key shopping pages simple allowing the products to be the focus.

‘Endless scrolling’ allows users to easily browse the entire product range in a section. While filtering options on the left mean that shoppers can quickly find their preferred product.

The shopping experience is quick and easy. Customers can view individual products, add to basket and checkout in a simple and streamlined process.

A fully integrated payment gateway allows users to pay by card or use paypal. To find out more, see the full case study or visit www.jakesofsoho.co.uk
